I’ve been to Castle Ashby a fair few times now and its beautiful with stunning grounds and there is a park for children although it’s not that great for toddlers. There’s a few animals, cafe and gift shop.
I last went pre-blog so around a year ago but I’ll share some information below and photographs. Daisy was only 1 and enjoyed the freedom to run around and we also took our Dog. The cafe serve nice sandwiches although picnics are permitted on the grounds.
Castle Ashy is open from 1st April to 30th September: 10am – 5.30pm and 1st October to 31st March: 10am – 4.30pm.
Adults cost £8, 6-16 yr olds £2 , under 5s free.
