Lavendon Park

Updated: Jun 4, 2020

My partner took me to where he used to play football today. It’s now a huge park. We had such a great time.

It’s located within a large field where there’s exercise equipment, a dog agility course which has to be Daisy’s favourite. She loved walking up and down the ramps.

There was a huge zip wire and a large obstacle course. Daisy really enjoyed the wobbly bridges and narrow planks. Of course the rest is a little old for her but great for older children.

Within the park section was a tall traditional slide, Daisy’s Dad climbed it behind her much to her annoyance! She likes doing things alone but this slide was pretty damn tall!

There was a tunnel, large rocks to climb, swings and then an enclosed section with a climbing frame and slide. Dogs weren’t allowed within the enclosed section.

We loved this park, the big green open space was lovely. There was a a table with a chessboard, table tennis, basketball hoop. Great for a kick about too, just take a ball and have fun!

Use postcode MK46 4HA for Lavendon Pavillion. The entrance is a little hidden but it’s opposite a field with horses and just past the pub. Lavendon is 5 mins from Olney and 20 mins from Newport Pagnell, Bedford and Northampton.
