Blue Park Monkston

Updated: May 27, 2022

We found a park today where there’s 4 slides! Daisy was in her element and lots of parents will be happy as there were no swings. This is a question I get a lot, you guys want swingless parks! There’s a climbing frame with 4 slides, one which is a double. There are wide metal steps with a hand tail leading to the slides. Easy for toddlers and younger ones however the sides are open so for safety you may want to follow or hold their hand. There’s plenty of room for adults to do this.

This park isn’t enclosed with a fence but is surrounded by bushes which helps in keeping the children contained.

There are some other climbing tools around the sides such as a ladder and metal spiral.

There was a balancing pole which moved which would be great for older children to balance on, even I fell off!! And another piece of equipment which I’m not sure what it is.

Overall Daisy loved this park. She loves slides and it made a change from a traditional play park.

If you use postcode MK10 9BX for Kilwininng Drive. If you stop half way where you’ll see a black bin and a path to your left and right. Use the path to your left, which I’ve photographed. You’ll be able to see the blue climbing frame poking out from behind the trees.
